2.Road and Crowd
On the road
Roads are generally higher at the center than at the edge because of keeping
good drainage. Thus a wheel chair gradually moves towards the edge. To
keep
the wheel chair move straight foward the balance of power on each arm is
very important. The arm towards the edge needs more power.
In the crowd
Be ware of the ankles/shoes of a person in front of you when you move in
the
crowd. If the assistant could not see the step of the wheel chair, he/she
should keep a bit more space among the crowd.
